My name is Jazmin Trejo and I am the Founder of Buñuelos Pau Pau, located in Los Angeles, CA.
My love for baking and creating beautiful desserts started when I was in high-school. My mom taught me the art of making traditional buñuelos, which we sold to make a living. Despite facing several challenges since immigrating to the United States, my children, Jesus, Paulina, and Emiliano are the ones who drive me forward. With their support and love, we have turned our passion for baking into a beautiful expression of love through our handmade, delicious desserts, from our family to yours.
